Credit Rollover Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Active subscribers automatically roll over unused subscription credits into the next billing cycle, up to a maximum cap equal to 100% of their current plan's monthly credit limit. This ensures steady creators retain value from lighter output months while maintaining a predictable credit system.
Example
A Creator plan member (220 credits/month) can carry over a maximum of 220 unused credits into a new month, allowing for a peak combined balance of 440 subscription credits.
Downgrading Your Plan
When a user downgrades to a lower tier, any remaining subscription credits roll over but are immediately capped at the maximum monthly limit of the new tier.
Canceling Your Subscription
If a subscription is canceled, accrued subscription credits remain usable until the end of the active billing period, after which all unspent subscription balance expires.
One-Time PAYU Top-Ups
One-time PAYU (Pay-As-You-Use) top-up credits are managed independently, never expire, and remain permanently available in your account balance regardless of subscription status.
