Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

ChatMotion Studio is built for creating fictional, stylized text-conversation videos — the kind of "text story" content used for entertainment, storytelling, and short-form video creation. This policy explains what you can and can't use the service for. It applies to every account, plan, and feature on the platform.

2. What ChatMotion Studio Is For

The service generates text scripts (written by you or auto-drafted with our smart script assist) and renders them into stylized chat-bubble videos. Smart script assist is used only to draft dialogue text — ChatMotion Studio does not use generative image, video, face, or voice models of any kind. Every video is produced by placing that text into a fixed chat-bubble template; no photos, faces, or voices are ever generated, uploaded, or rendered. The platform does not accept photo or image uploads of any kind — character profile pictures are limited to a single letter initial (e.g., "J" for James), never a real image. Output is limited to text rendered in a chat-style template. Intended uses include:

• Fictional "text story" videos for social media and content creation
• Scripted dialogue for entertainment, comedy, or narrative purposes
• Mockups and storyboarding involving invented characters

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You may not use ChatMotion Studio to create, store, request, or distribute:

• Impersonation: content that uses a real, identifiable person's name, photo, or likeness without their explicit consent, or that is designed to be mistaken for a real conversation involving a real person.
• Fabricated evidence: content intended to deceive, defraud, or pass off a fictional conversation as a real one — including fake "screenshots" used to harass, blackmail, defame, or mislead.
• Face-swap, deepfake, or voice content: ChatMotion Studio does not support and must not be used in combination with any tool to create face-swapped, deepfaked, or voice-cloned media.
• Sexual or NSFW content: sexually-oriented, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind, including content involving fictional or auto-generated characters.
• Content involving minors: any sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content involving minors is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment & hate speech: content that threatens, bullies, harasses, or promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups.
• Illegal activity: content that facilitates fraud, scams, illegal goods or services, or any other unlawful activity.
• Intellectual property violations: content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property rights.
• Platform abuse: attempts to circumvent usage limits, moderation, or security controls, including automated bulk generation intended to abuse the credit system.

4. Content Moderation

Every smart script-generation prompt and every resulting script is screened by an automated content filter before it can be rendered into video, and is subject to further manual review. Content flagged as violating this policy is blocked before generation, and accounts with repeated or severe violations may be suspended without a refund of unused credits, consistent with our Refund Policy.

5. Reporting a Violation

If you believe content created on ChatMotion Studio violates this policy — including impersonation of you or someone you know — contact us at support@chatmotionstudio.com with as much detail as possible. We aim to review reports within 2 business days.

6. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content removal, credit forfeiture, account suspension, or termination, at our discretion. Severe or illegal violations (including content involving minors) will be reported to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
